Through David’s longing for God in the wilderness, Jesus’ commitment to seek the Father amid the demands of ministry, and God’s call for Judah to find strength in quietness and trust, we discover a simple pattern for numbering our days wisely: seek the Father’s presence, align ourselves with the Son’s priorities, and depend on the Spirit’s power. Rather than asking God to give us the entire roadmap, we can trust Him to show us the next faithful step and learn to glorify Him in whatever season He has placed before us.
